SLT Server High Page Faults and Disk Writes

What is going on with my SLT servers?  Our Dev and Production servers have been experiencing high page faults for the dispatch worker processes (only one transfer job) while replicating 60 tables from ECC to HANA.  Eventually this leads to a 100% commit charge and the server stalling and the replication process failing.

Now I have set up our QA server and created the first configuration to replicate from ECC to HANA.  However, I only have the 3 base tables replicating at the moment (DD02L, DD02T, DD08L) and am experiencing the high page faults (50,000 per second) for the disp+work.exe process.  I would expect that very little data is being processed with only these three tables being replicated.

My SLT server is Windows Server 2008 R2 using SQL 2012 and has 6 CPUs, 24 GB  memory and a 75 GB page file and DMIS 2011_1_731 installed.

All of the SAP SQL data files (8) are on one drive and the writes/sec are around 80-90/s.  Disk Write Bytes/sec is constantly between 50,000 and 60,000.

Anyone else have this issue?  This server should be more than enough to handle the 3 DD tables.  This has become a high profile issue and I'd like to put it to bed. Any help is very much appreciated!

Thanks,

Jeff.
