Slt system transaction access issue

HI ,

we have installed slt server as separate middleware system for replication from Ecc tables to oracle.. However we have got two standard sap roles in Slt for our id but we cant access any transaction even su53 ,sm37 ,ltr etc. pls advice if there is any standard generic role for Slt or any other issue.

BBelow are roles which we have been assigned in Slt.
