Monitoring for SLT Replictaion loads

hi ,

Please can you share best practice for monitoring of replication loads in SLT -

We have 8 different source system connected to SLT - hence we need way -

One we have tried Notification altert but have seen it generates too much logs in email that we get.

Any other idea please
