Please find the details for the ongoing SLT-ODP extraction issue below in our system
Issue : Not able to extract KNOV data for SLT-ODP scenario.
Analysis :
We tried to pull KONV table from GEC with filter but loads are not getting completed successfully.
During my analysis, I have found that previous Full Load request got hanged in ODQMON as it’s showing extraction running and there is no option to stop this from SLT. Please note that ODP queue is itself is in active and ODP delta queue reorganize job also not able to clear these. We did not find any active back end jobs for the same. As a result of these hanging jobs, we are also not able to load any other request. Please note only Full Load(Snapshot) request are getting hanged in ODP when we cancel them from BW.
We already tried below step , but still not able to stop it.
- Cleared all the Runtime objects and reload the Init.
- Delete the DataSource and recreate it and reload the Init.
Do any one know how to clear the hanged Snapshot request from ODQMON ?
