SLT: How to get the times for initial load and delta replication

We are evaluating SLT and would like to know the best way to monitor the times taken for initial load and delta replication.

Example:

We want to test the performance on our system.

So we use a table with about 1 million entries.

We want to monitor / protocol how much time the initial load takes.

Also we want to protocol how much time the delta replication needs.
