We have several configurations and each config has several tables setup for replication. Is there a report that can give unprocessed records for all config together? I can go to each config and check unprocessed records in expert functions, but I want to get a consolidated view, so that we can send it to support team to look at it. Any SLT system table that stores this statistics that we can write a report on?

Trigger for BSEG is inconsistent
Dear SAP LT Colleagues,
We are facing issue with BSEG table as trigger for it is now inconsistent. We don't want to reload complete table again as its not possible at this moment. Can the triggers become activated again without reload ?

SLT vs SAP LT

There is an ambiguity between the name of these two .

1) Both Seems to refer to similar task . Are these both from same product line with different naming convention ?
2) Any notes/document which refer to similarity /difference between these two will be very helpful .

SLT Delta Load - Data Size
Greetings,
I am being asked by my network team how large are the SLT delta data loads for our replication configurations. I did not notice any such metrics via LTR/LTRC tocdes.

Not able to connect to Oracle DB
Hi Expert,
We have our SLT installed on BW server, We are trying to connect to Oracle DB using RFC Connection,
Is it the right process,
1) Do we need Oracle client on BW server?
2) Should we maintain TNS values on BW server?
3) Should we use sm59 or dbacockpit to establish connection please guide us we dont have BASIS guys with us.
Couldnt find in any site complete details, as what values goes in dbconnection settings

SLT - Inconsistent trigger after system refresh
Hi colleagues,
After the source system refresh, all the triggers of the replicated tables in HANA are inconsistent. This always happens when we have a system refresh, and it is necessary to stop all replications and restart the load for all tables.
Do you have any recommendation to fix the trigger error without the reloading?

MWB to LTRC
Hi All,
We need to copy some logic from MWB to LTRC.
Can we, in any way, add the option of verifying data before conversion and after conversion in LTRC t-code. We are able to see this functionality in MWB and wanted to use the same in LTRC as well.

Missing realtime data records in SAP Hana
Hi All,
I see a small latency in item details i.e vbap information when replicated through SLT . When i do realtime reporting using this transactional information it's incorrect. For example for Sales Order there are some line items missing in Hana i.e didn't get replicated yet at the time of reporting or view execution , however header and some items did get replicated. How can we handle this situation? Please help , this is urgent. Thanks.

Few question when trying to replicate data
Hey Experts!
I'm playing around with SLT and HANA - i did initial configuration and I want to move some data from ERP test system to HANA Database.
Unfortunatelly I have encountered several issue - and I have no clue how to deal with them.
All errors are taken from tcode LTRC -> Table Overview -> View errors.
Some tables are loaded to HANA succesfully, but other raises messages like those:
1) Missing trigger for table BSEG for MT ID 001. Replication suspended.
2) Error while generating runtime objects for Z_AUBSI_002 Syntax error in function module /1CADMC/OLC_100000000000218 Error message: Data object '_WA_IO_S_AUBSI' does not contain 'SLS_REL'.
3) When doing replication from external DATABASE (with Database Connection) to HANA, some tables have no Key Field. Does LT requires tables to have Key Fields? I recieve such message: Top level sender structure /1CADMC/L0000222 does not have key fields

Non SAP Target system: trigger configuration
Hi all,
I am trying to find a relevant documentation on the trigger options explanation in t-code LTRS and I can't (almost like always) find any good explanation on how this can be configured.
My landscapte/Architecture:
SAP SLT Server replicating a SAP ECC System to a SQL Server Database system.
My need: replicate CDPOS on a very restricted dataset
I know how to initialize the replication with the filter I need, but I want then to create a trigger with some options.
Can someone explain how the "Trigger options" for a given table can be configured? I cannot find anything on this topic in any document...

Replication schema-table getting consolidated on only one node
Hello Folks,
We have SLT replication configuration with ECC system, we also have configured the Data class for the logging tables to get accumulated in single table space created by us.
our application team has completed the loading of all the tables in HANA, currently we seeing that after the completion on the node the SLT schema and its tables are residing on a single host of HANA server.
I am not able to understand by is this behavior like this.
SLT System : NW 731 SP 5 DMIS 2011 SP5
ECC : EHP6 ECC6
HANA : 74.04
we have 4 node for HANA system, and we have maintained all the four nodes in the DBCO transaction of SLT system.

Problem in Data Replication from ABAP to ABAP
Dear All,
Have problem in replicating data from ABAP to ABAP
System Landscape (All SAP’s): Source System à Middle ware à Target System
S/W : DMIS with SP10
Scenario : Replicate data from Source system to Target system via middle ware by RFC Mode with more than one client
Source system has more than one client and each client has its own RFC connection to Target system
Filter data based on Client
Issue : Problem with data base trigger with more than one client in single system (Mass ID’s are created one for each client, source system is same but RFC’s are Different based on Client)
When Create data base trigger is run through the Tcode LTRS; In the Expert options and View trigger source code, Active code is different from Generated Code
The moment we run Create database trigger for a table or all which were also in replication process in another Mass ID, the table status will be set to Load/Replication Blocked in the current Mass ID
Noticed after several permutations and combinations at any point of time for a table irrespective of client there will be only one active database trigger even though filters are defined but Generated code is different based on filters
Generated Code is based on Filters but Active code is same for a table across clients of a system

Questions on replication from non SAP source to SAP HANA
Hi All,
I have a couple of questions that I hope you can help me on. We are currently replicating from MS SQL to SAP HANA using SLT. My questions are as follows:
1) Is it possible to only replicate changes to a specific column and not replicate all the columns? I know this might cause inconsistencies but just a question posed by a developer using SLT on our company. My answer is it is not possible but someone might be able to answer if it is possible.
2) When I add a column in a replicated table from the source (SQL). How do I get this change pushed to SAP HANA? Is there a way to automate that? Or do we need to manually change in SAP HANA?

SLT replication master job runs with the dialog user
Hello Folks,
WE have slt replication configured with ECC and HANA for data replication from ECC.
Though we have configured the background user i system for replication but still i see that the master job of the replication always runs with the dialog user which is used to start the SLT replication.
as the job will never be in the released mode i am not able to change the user in the jobs.
has anyone observed and fixed this issues, please share the solution with me as well.

SLT LTRC - Rule Assignments to skip record now working

My requirement is to SKIP record if ERNAM eq to MATNR. For the same i did the following setting.
Even i check the syntax check, and it is having no errors but still when i enter new data in the source table it is replicating.
How to check whether my rule is considering or not while data replicating from source to target.

Replication(initial load) taking long time
hi experts,
I've created the RFC connection and SLT configuration. I raised 5 tables replication at 5 pm. Several minutes later the
current action turned to "Replication(initial load)", and the logging table \trigger\ target HANA tables are created.
But no tables became In Process. The Status in Hana Studio Data Provisioning remains Scheduled.
And no data has been loaded into HANA tables.
I got into Job overview and the jobs seems problem. But i don't know why no calculation jobs and only one load job.
My SLT config is as follows:
So could you please tell me why the replications' status remain Scheduled and no data loaded?
